Reading chapter 3 and all the different formatting and the styles. I knew that everything had there on style but one thing made me think. How would news be if the writers did not punctuation right.

This part made me wonder, too. Punctuation is typically a very important aspect to how something is conveyed... I wonder how important it is in news.
Saying:
The answer to the last question is that yes he was Now in other news bitten by a dog is something you need to pay attention to while walking in the streets of Miami.
Is not the same as saying:
The answer to the last question is that yes he was.
Now in other news bitten by a dog is something you need to pay attention to while walking in the streets of Miami.
The use of punctuation is very important.
